Jorge Mario Vargas: Canopy Biology in Guatemala - a developing discipline

Canopy Biology - it's a term used for a discipline that looks for the creation of knowledge about the biological relationships in the dosel (treetops). It comprises studies of flora and fauna for many kinds of forests. In this presentation I'll try to show you how this discipline has been developing in Guatemala, mostly in tropical rain forest like the Peten forest.
